While discussing how to make your own repellent and what substances are the most effective, you'll get a printable recipe to use for at home on your family and pets.

A: No you don't! While I do love face to face time, working via email, Facetime, Skype, etc is completely acceptable. I work around your schedule and your busy life, so coaching on your terms is what I do!
a: Absolutely not! I am here for you, in whatever capacity that you need me to be. If you are willing and want/need to make major changes, we will work towards that. If you need to meet a goal but have certain "I wont's or I musts" we will find a way! This life is yours to enjoy and be happy and finding the healthiest and best way that mantra fits into your daily life is our goal together. .
a: I am probably going to educate you on the benefits of exercise, not just for weight loss but overall health. If you don't like exercise we are going to chat about why and what you DO like, so that maybe we can find a way to sneak in a little exercise a few days a week. If you come in saying you want to train for a marathon, then we will get on that too. Again, its about what fits into your life, and what you will continue to do not just for a month, but for the rest of your life.
a: While I may use terms like "diet" to describe a theoretical way of eating, I do not believe in actual "diets". As your Coach I am not here to give you a meal plan and say "eat this food" and then shove you out the door. My job is to find a way of eating, and a way of being healthy that extends longer than a few weeks or a few months. My goal for you is to help you create a new normal, a new lifestyle. That one day, you no longer need me anymore for recipe ideas or meal ideas, because you have further taught yourself!
a. Of course I can! While I try and give examples of common needs of clients, not everyone is the same and we all have unique aspects about our needs. Send me an email and let's discuss what you need and I will put together a specialized plan just for you. The cost is no different, it is just tailored to exactly what you need, nothing less!

Whether you have a specific health/nutrition goal in mind for yourself or your family but don't want a detailed wellness plan, this is for you. We spend an hour or however much time you want discussing, planning, and answering questions! The rate is 60.00/hour at my office or virtual (example: you want to discuss how to get more vegetables in your child's diet, or you have found out you have Type 2 Diabetes and want to know where to start, and not ready to commit for a full wellness plan. The time is yours for whatever you want to discuss. You will leave with any printouts I have that may be beneficial and if you would like a write up of the items we discuss and some extra info, the add on cost would be a flat $35.00 fee per topic.
Do you need a full wellness plan for you or your family? From needing to lose weight, work to overcome a health issue, or get your family on a path to good nutrition. This would be for you. A complete wellness plan consisting of: dietary and nutrition information, exercise information and ideas, motivation throughout, face to face/virtual check-ins if needed, meal plans and shopping lists, recipes. These packages range from $450-$800 depending on scope and size of family.
Would you prefer I come to you in order to more accurately assess how to help educate you on getting toxins out of your home? I would be happy to! Rate is $60.00/hour as long as drive time is within 15 minutes of my home address. Otherwise the rate is $70.00/hour.
Feel like you have a handle on this nutrition thing but when you get to the store you are overwhelmed by all the choices? Meet me at your grocery store of choice and lets walk the isles and talk about what confuses you, so that you can make the best choices for your family and budget! Rate is $50.00/hour as long as the grocer is within 15 minutes of my home address. Otherwise the rate is $60.00/hour.
Have a topic you and your friends want to know about? Want to spend some quality time with them while you learn? Group education is for you! I charge 35.00 per person, regardless of number of people! Just send me the topic and we will figure out dates/times that work best for your group. Can be at my home or yours. (Travel fee of 25.00 applies if drive is more than 20 minutes from my home)
